About Me
Hi, I’m Jen Li! I’m an illustrator and tattoo apprentice based in Brisbane (Magandjin), Australia. I’ve been an apprentice for 1.5 years, where I’ve been lucky enough to call Innerbloom Tattoo my home.
Art has always been the north star of my life, but only recently have I made the call to chase it ⟢ My truest aspiration has always been to bring people joy and make them feel seen; and the way I best knew how was with art and conversation. Through tattooing, I get to bring all of that together into this strange, magical, singular experience that I’d have the privilege of sharing personally with you!
Outside of the tattoo studio, you’ll find me at a dance studio, doodling in a cafe, or boothing at an art market :)
About My Practice
In my view, tattooing is an incredibly intimate experience for both the client and artist alike, so I take great pride in creating a comfortable environment where my clients feel cared for through and through.
The permanence of tattoos is something I take incredibly seriously. I strive to ensure that the quality of the work, as well as the experience my clients leave with, is of my best possible standard.
